GET SET FOR GREATEST DAYS AND MORE ON ARVIA
We’re thrilled to announce the latest addition to our line-up of show-stopping entertainment: Greatest Days by Tim Firth, The Official Take That Musical. Arvia will initially be the only place in the world where you can watch this feelgood show, an adaptation of the acclaimed West End musical The Band, featuring the songs of Take That and a beautiful story by Olivier Award-winning writer Tim Firth. It will also be showcased on Iona in 2023.
The story of friendship and music will be brought to life by our talented Headliners Theatre Company, who are working with Take That band members Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen to create the special show. ‘It was a big wish of ours to make a show with Take That’s music, but without us – not the story of our lives,’ say Gary, Howard and Mark. ‘Our wishes came true and five years ago we debuted The Band musical to the world. Now, we couldn’t be prouder to bring the story to P&O Cruises under its new name – Greatest Days.’
Another first for Arvia is WaveLength, a new interactive game show created exclusively for P&O Cruises, virtually starring TV presenter and game show host Ben Shephard. WaveLength will then roll out across the fleet next year. And let’s not forget there’s madcap fun, music and dancing with Aardman’s exclusive new Wallace & Gromit show, All Hands On Deck.

CHECK-IN GETS EVEN EASIER
To make your pre-cruise journey even easier, and in line with our sustainability goals, we’ve streamlined our check-in process. E-tickets are now no longer required to check in or board our ships – they’re being replaced by a new and improved boarding pass. For all sailings, simply show your boarding pass, which can be presented as a download via your mobile phone. This important document has all information relating to check-in times, terminal location and flight information. It’s also used to confirm attendance at the muster station before you collect your cruise cards at your cabin. It’s more sustainable and a smoother process for you: less paper, less to download, and one less thing to do. Online check-in is available for guests embarking in Southampton and key home ports such as Barbados and Malta. Other ports will be made available in line with itineraries.
